About The Bingham:

The Bingham, in Richmond upon Thames, is one of London’s most elegant, tranquil riverside ‘restaurant with rooms’. This critically acclaimed boutique hotel stands on the bank of the Thames and offers superb panoramic views across the water from its garden and terrace.

Built originally as two houses in 1740 during the reign of George III and inhabited by Lady Ann Bingham in 1821 and later by poets, Katherine Bradley and Edith Cooper who wrote under the pseudonym Michael Field . In 1984, the property was acquired by the Trinder family who lovingly restored this riverside gem.

Thirty years later, the Bingham is a chic retreat for romantic getaways; a gourmet bolt-hole for gastronomes and a riverside retreat for wedding parties and corporate events, (voted ‘Best for Weddings, Parties and Special Events’ – Condé Nast Johansens 2014).

Executive Chef, Mark Jarvis creates natural, seasonal, modern British food with a playful twist. Its food is designed to delight its guests and service is charming, friendly and knowledgeable – all geared to create memorable dining experiences.
